12-2pm @ Noonan Park, 600 Parkway Blvd. York. Workouts are free and open to all kids residing in York City.

Registration for the 2024 season is open for football and cheer. You can register online anytime. In-person registration is available every Sunday from 12-2pm during conditioning.
